Main Functions
Packaging: LENKE PROPACK processes data from a wide range of devices, from simple checkweighers to automatic packaging classifiers. Different packaging methods and a variety of overweight parameters can be used.
Labeling: The system supports most printers currently available on the market, as well as a variety of automatic labeling machines. It includes multiple label models and allows customization according to customer needs. All common types of barcodes are supported.
Palletizing: LENKE PROPACK manages automatic palletizing by weight or by count. The system covers the entire pallet operation and allows label reprinting when necessary. Operations such as moving items between pallets, as well as opening and closing pallets, are supported.
Storage: Any type of inventory can be defined, from raw materials to finished product storage. The system includes chamber/location addressing for better utilization and organization. Products can be posted to inventory directly from packaging scales or via data collectors/scanners at a single entry point.
Shipping: The system stores information about customers, trucks, and containers, as well as other tracking-related data. Using handheld devices or data collectors, the operator can control multiple shipping operations. Customized delivery reports can be generated, and information about orders and their shipment can be accessed at any time.
