Robustness
The entire machine design was designed with adverse operating conditions in mind, including two or three daily shifts and intense water jet washes. The components used were carefully selected for long-lasting performance. The equipment is manufactured from stainless steel and food-grade polymers. The LK200 indicator has IP67 protection to prevent moisture ingress.

Productivity
The production capacity of Lenke sorters is 160 pieces per minute for a single machine and 320 pieces per minute for a dual machine. To maximize machine performance, Lenke offers a wide variety of infeed conveyors that adapt to the layout and products to be sorted. For increased productivity, Lenke developed the dual-flow sorter, which allows for twice as many pieces to be sorted while using virtually the same space as a single-flow machine.
Connectivity
The LK200 indicator can be connected to customer computers via Ethernet, providing valuable production data.
